Its dual-motor electric all-wheel-drive system produces 320 horsepower and 446 lb-ft of torque, delivering acceleration and confident traction through a single-speed direct-drive transmission.

    A 77.4-kWh battery provides an EPA-estimated 282 miles of driving range. The Wind AWD is rated at 120 MPGe city, 98 MPGe highway, and 109 MPGe combined. Kias 800-volt charging architecture can replenish the battery from 10% to 80% in approximately 18 minutes using a compatible 350-kW DC fast charger under suitable conditions. Level 2 charging at 240 volts takes approximately 8.4 hours.

    Inside, the five-passenger cabin includes SynTex seating, heated and ventilated power front seats, driver-seat memory, a heated steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, and reclining rear seats. Dual 12.3-inch displays provide navigation, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, vehicle information, and entertainment. A Meridian premium audio system and smart power liftgate add convenience.

    Driver-assistance technology includes forward-collision avoidance, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-keeping assistance, lane-following assistance, and adaptive cruise control. With 24.4 cubic feet of cargo space behind the rear seats and 50.2 cubic feet with them folded, this recent arrival is ready for commuting and road trips.

      We leased a 2024 Kia EV6 to give an electric car a try. I absolutely loved this car but when the lease ended I decided to turn it in because the residual value is too high. Could have been more reasonable I definitely would have purchased it. Car was comfortable and fun to drive, and the power was awesome. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to purchase an electric car. In my opinion comparing it to the Tesla, the EV6 is that much better by for several reasons like the enclosed class roof, the range and the styling. The interior of the EV6 is much nicer than any Tesla I've ever seen. And it has a speedometer that's in front of you not off to the right side.…

      The GT is a sleeper and a supercar

      The AWD GT is a sleeper in Eco mode and a fire breathing monster in GT mode. Great driving experience… fun and fast paced it’s excellent handling when you want it and a more casual ride daily driving. The looks and styling of the car is a head turner. Interior upholstery and design is high quality and modern. The only major issue(s) I have had is with the electronics on the vehicle. The first generation seemed to be plagued with all kinds of odd electronic gremlins. I had an issue with the stereo that required three separate trips to the dealership where the wiring harness/electrical connections was looked at, the head unit was replaced and then ultimately the amplifier in the sound system was replaced. Even more frustrating because I had already researched the issue and found a TSB and told Matthews Kia this was likely the issue based on the problem I was hearing with the sound randomly switching from the front speakers to the rear. I had another issue with the ICCU needing to be recalled and the 12V battery not holding its charge and needing to be replaced.…
